| The main function of the centre is to coordinate the activities of all our technicians and technical support personnel which are located as close to our customers as possible. |

| The Call Centre, powered by an in-house developed computer programme known as the Handling System, it is capable of interfacing with a tracking system enabling us to monitor not only the location but also the performance of any machine under the Call Centre’s control. |
